Robert, Ron, and Jason share a longstanding friendship spanning 38 years, marked by numerous successful collaborations in entrepreneurial ventures. In 2012, they established The Sweet Living Group with the vision of revolutionizing the textile industry by introducing cutting-edge yarns, fabrics, and garments.
Robert has a wealth of business experience, holding an MBA in International Marketing and International Studies from London, UK and over 25 years of diverse expertise, including stints with startups, IT firms, and real estate ventures. He navigated businesses from small enterprises to Fortune 500 companies. Robert also serves as a Business and Marketing Professor, imparting knowledge in Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategies, Marketing
Research, and Business Analytics at both Lindenwood University and Old Dominion University.
Ron, with more than 45 years of executive-level experience in business management, has been instrumental in the success of various startups as an investor and advisor. Notably, he served as the founder and CEO of Parasol Systems, a privately owned software company catering to the chemical industry.
Ron holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Missouri.
Jason graduated with a B.S. in Journalism in Business Communication from the William Allen White School of Journalism at the University of Kansas. He completed his M.D. from The University of Kansas Medical Center, an Internship at Rush University Medical Center in Internal Medicine, and a Residency in Dermatology at The Medical College of Wisconsin. He is a practicing, Board Certified Dermatologist in Milwaukee, WI. Beyond his medical career, Jason has ventured into retail businesses and real estate management, showcasing his versatility and entrepreneurial spirit.

Founded two textile companies, an international textile marketing company and an internet-based sourcing/distribution company. Served as CFO of a textile printing company. He is President of Altum, Inc., an advisory firm, a Director of a Wall Street hedge fund, and adjunct professor at UNC. Graduate of University of
Michigan and received an MBA from University of Chicago
Booth School of Business.

After receiving his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Department of Chemistry at North Carolina State University, Dr. Hauser began a career as an
industrial research chemist spanning 24 years and included positions with several textile manufacturers and textile chemical producers. He holds 10 U.S. patents in the areas of soil release, flame retardancy, and low pollution dyeing. He has traveled
extensively in the United States, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia. In 1997. Dr. Hauser joined the faculty of the Wilson College of Textiles at NC State University. He
publishes extensively in the textile chemistry literature and is the co-author of "Chemical Finishing of Textiles" published by Woodhead Publishing of Cambridge,
England.

Worked for Chatham Manufacturing Company in design and product development of yarns and upholstery product and served as VP Marketing and Sales at Texturing Services, Inc., a producer of air jet textured continuous filament yarns, commingled filament and spun/filament combinations. He has a BS in Textile Technology from
North Carolina State University College of Textiles.

Has extensive experience in Product Development, Global Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain and Project Management, New Business Development & Marketing, Textiles and Material Innovation, Industry Analysis, Marketing
Strategy and Product Positioning. She began her career in retail management and apparel product development providing her experience and insight that allowed her to successfully liaison between brands and retailers and raw material suppliers and textile mills. Susan's 25+ years with industry leaders DuPont, Hercules, and Indorama Ventures affords her a unique skillset and understanding of the entire textile and apparel value chain.

Is involved in IP licensing and sales and represents companies ranging from Fortune 50 to startups. Mr. Ciannamea assists with numerous IP transactions generally representing the seller and licensor. He works as a venture capital investor, co-founded companies, and served as CFO in several businesses. He has BS and MS degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA
from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Practicing patent attorney for 35 years. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Washington University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri. He specializes in Intellectual Property Law including Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secrets, Trade Dress, Unfair Competition, Franchise Matters, Computer Law and Related Litigation and Licensing Matters with expertise in the Electrical,
Mechanical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology areas.
